Entry Visa
Passport and visa requirements
- Visitors from non-EU countries must have a passport valid for at least three months beyond their planned departure from the Czech Republic.
- The visa application process can take up to six weeks, so participants requiring a visa should apply as soon as possible at their local Czech consulate or embassy.
- Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be issued to registered participants who have paid the registration fee.

The Congress Secretariat assists delegates by processing official invitation letters upon request. Please note:
- These letters do not commit the Local Organiser to any financial obligation.
- Before your visa appointment, contact the embassy to confirm whether you need:
- An official invitation from the Congress Organiser
- An official invitation from the Foreigners' Department of the Czech Police
To avoid delays, we strongly recommend applying for your visa at least two months before the Congress.
